Who it's for
Anyone whose members, customers or patients fall behind on bills, and who would rather help early than chase late.
Credit unions and community banks
Members who fall behind on the light bill often fall behind on the car loan next. Give them a trusted place to start, and support your financial-education and community goals.
Utilities
Customers find payment plans, energy assistance and winter shutoff protections before the disconnect notice, explained in plain language.
Hospitals and health plans
Patients learn to ask for an itemized bill and financial assistance before an account goes to collections.
Housing and community agencies
Residents and clients get rent help, utility help and the right phone numbers for their state, on paper or on their phone.

Our rules don't change for anyone
The help only works if people can trust it. Sponsors and licensees support it. They never steer it.
Free help comes first
Government programs, utility plans and free counseling always come before anything that costs money.
Every fact is checked
We check program details against official sources and date every page.
No predatory offers
No payday lenders, car-title loans, credit repair or debt settlement, from anyone, at any price.
Questions procurement will ask
Do you collect data about our members?
No. There are no accounts or sign-ups. The app keeps bills and letters on the person's own phone, and we never receive or sell that information. The website uses privacy-first analytics with no cookies, and our fonts and files are served from our own site, so we only see totals like page views by topic. That is also all we share with you.
How do you keep it accurate?
Every page is checked against official sources, usually .gov websites, and shows the date it was last checked. We update ahead of each season, such as winter shutoff rules and energy assistance windows. If you or a member spots something out of date, tell us and we correct it, usually within three business days.
Can we change the content?
You control your branding, your welcome message and your contact information. The help itself stays independent. That independence is what makes it trustworthy to the people you serve, and it protects you too.
What does a sponsor or licensee not get?
Any say over our advice. Free government and nonprofit help always comes first, sponsors are always labeled, and we never list payday lenders, car-title loans, credit repair or debt settlement companies.
How does the contract and payment work?
A one-page annual agreement. We invoice by card or ACH, and we can send a W-9. It renews each year, and you can cancel any time before renewal.
How long does setup take?
Send us your logo, colors, state and contact line. Your branded version is usually live within two weeks. A state sponsorship is usually live within a few business days.
Is it accessible and mobile-friendly?
Most people use it on a phone, so it is built for phones first, in plain English, with large text and strong contrast. We test pages with automated accessibility checks against WCAG 2.1 AA and fix any problem you report.
Is it available in Spanish?
Not yet. It is on our list. If Spanish is a must for you, tell us, because partner requests decide what we build next.
Who runs Bill Help Now?
Bill Help Now LLC, a small independent company in Kansas. We are not a lender, a government agency or a credit counseling firm.
